Deposits can be made through Philippine online banking, bank transfers via instapay or pesonet-compatible channels, and eligible local e-wallet options. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods.
Deposits are credited to your bayph wallet upon confirmation of the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel used. bayph does not guarantee specific processing windows but will endeavour to credit confirmed deposits promptly.
Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified Philippine bank account or eligible payment method. A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. bayph reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
